Use the DISM command

1. Press the Windows + R.
2. Type in “cmd” and press the Ctrl + Shift + Enter keys.
3. If prompted, click Yes to allow the Command Prompt to make changes on your device.
4. Scan for health:

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth.

5. Restore health:

 DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

6. Restart when finished.

shutdown /r /t 0
