Using my old Netgear EN104 HUB with USB Powered on.

Just found my old Hub and want to play a bit around. So I haven't found my powercable.

Solution:

I've just soldred an old USB cable to the pins an it worked now!

The Normal/Uplink push button allows you to select Normal (MDI-X) wiring
for direct PC connection. The push button also allows you to select Uplink
(MDI) wiring for connection to a hub or a switch through port 4.
This uplink configuration eliminates the need to use a crossover cable. Not relevant anymore today with Auto MDI-X
